Bridon Ropes require office and file storage space and also wish to relocate their rope dryer up onto a new lightweight mezzanine deck in the location formerly occupied by a historical heavy precast concrete deck which was removed from the building in the 1970s. The existing building is pre-second world war and no construction records exist. AED carried out preliminary survey work and advised on options.
