We carry out building warrant applications, design certification, surveys and site supervision for domestic alteration and new-build projects over a wide geographical area and have completed over two hundred and fifty such projects in the last few years.
Occasionally the work involved is quite minimal, for example, a check on a single beam. Other projects can span months and require in-depth involvement with clients, architects and contractors at every stage. We are happy to do both and everything in between.
By way of contrast, this sector also includes some unusual projects undertaken for private clients including such things as glass, concrete and timber staircases; mobile or temporary outbuildings, jetties, slipways and private bridges.
